In 1998, Randy purchased a Factory Pro Eddy Current Dyno with four gas exhaust analyzer. With this dyno, Flying Eagle can perform load and unload tuning at all throttle positions and rpm. This makes for the most energy efficient tuning available, unlike the industry standard inertia dyno, which tunes only analyzing O2 sensors. Tuning is available for V-twins, Metric Cruisers, Sport Bikes, and Custom Choppers with a wheel base up to 95".
We believe you only have two wheels under you, therefore tire changes are critical for motorcycle safety. We have found that many important steps are over looked by some shops, especially motorcycle with spoke wheels. Beware of the cut rate change. Our tire changes include: inspection of belts, pulleys, sprockets (inspect all secondary drive components), brake pads, brake rotor, swingarm bearings or cleve blocks, adjust chain/belt. Check wheel bearings & repack; check seals on '98/earlier (timken bearing wheels), "99/later inspect wheel bearings.Tubeless tires-clean safety bead inside rim. Spoke wheels-clean safety bead, check true, tighten spokes, paint inside rim to prevent rusting from inside out, balance. Insure wheel alignment (rear). Torque brake disc and/or sprocket bolts. Test ride. Labor rates: carry in mag wheel--$43.50; carry in spoke wheel--$50.75; removal & installation on motorcycle--$94.25
